Hi, I ordered broadband Full Fibre 150 online a few days ago. I received a confirmation email and then received a text message to say that the router was being sent out and a link to track it. However, the link required a login which asked me to register my email address, which I did (the same one as used for the order obviously) but there is no order listed. It simply sent me here with the message "Contact us to get an update on your order". Im pretty sure that I need to link my account to the email that ive registered but how do I get the account number? Its not on the email or the text. Any ideas?

You are going to have to call Sky I'm afraid to find out what your account number is and hopefully with that order number they should be able to help.

You do need your account number for this so to confirm you have had no emails or letters from Sky since you placed the order ?

No, I received an email from Sky entitled "We're pleased to confirm your order with Sky Broadband and Talk". Thats the only email Ive had and Ive checked spam. Ive double checked that email and there is no account number mentioned, though there is an order number.
