Unable to disable Sky Shield

Hi there, I'm trying to disable my Sky Shield but it won't work on the Sky app or on browser. Getting an error every time I try. Could someone please let me know how I would go about disabling this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@moonechild  The easy way would be to give Sky a call and see if the agent can get into doing this for you and if not then can escalate this further for you.
