07.11.24> I have asked for support with the black spots throughout my home - there is no service in some rooms at all. I have sought help to no avail. I have been a customer for over 25 years and continue to pay over £100 per month for a limited service and would like this resolved or I'll need to identify an alternative provider.
I am having the exact same problem . It's going on with months . I have tried calling them many times and had to give up I was waiting so long but now the internet is dropping in the living room where modem is . Finally got onto them today to be told I have to ring back tomorrow . Think it will be just easier to get a new provider than getting through to them tomorrow.
