Two conflicting broadband install/activation dates

I was told two different dates on having my broadband installed Sky told me the 22nd August and Openreach told me they could install it earlier on 29th July which is today so I accepted that date. I also got my new broadband hub delivered Saturday which says my activation date is 29th July The open reach one was scheduled today between 8AM and 1PM But now it's after that time and nobody has turned up and I have had no contact saying that the appointment has been cancelled etc. So I do not know if they just have not turned up or today is not the right day and it's the 22nd August which would be the actual day they will come to install it. I'm just very confused as to what is right or not now So what happens now?
