No devices connecting to hub

Since this morning none of our devices can connect to the internet. Sky Q, Xbox, phones and laptop. 
Have tried turning router on and off, following procedures on Sky Q, still no connection. All lights are solid green on router and no errors on the sky broadband and WiFi test.

please help!

Thanks I ended up calling the help line and Sky have said it's a faulty router and are sending a new one out!
