Tv stopping

We have done all the online advice.  
our tv is more than buffering.  
stopping for 3-4 mins at a time

@karensherry the most likely cause is marginal WiFi signal strength near the TV or streaming device. If you have Netflix use their useful Network Test in the apss Get Help menu. To stream in IHD you nedd a steady 25Mb/s less for HD viewing. Wall mounted TVs. You nedd to consider improving your WiFi network perhaps by getting boosters through Sky's WiFi Max package see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
