Each morning and each early evening the broad band and tv are freezing it has been happening for a few weeks now has sky got cable issues in the area or other faults your not telling us

Have you tried the troubleshooting line checker in the MySky app
alss have you tried rebooting both your glass tv by pulling the plug for a few minutes and the same with your router ?
you could also try connecting your glass unit to the router with an Ethernet cable and switching off wifi in the settings to see if the issue persists
