Trying to split my broadband to show 2.4 and 5 but it won't let me sign in to even try to split it I put in my sky log in that didn't work, I then put admin and sky for password that didn't work either, any help would be appreciated I'm trying to ad new cameras and they have to be on 2.4 but that is not showing on my Wi-Fi

Hi I have tried different sign in and it just comes up with a blank sign in again

If you are using the Safari browser over WiFi from an Apple device, unfortunately that usually doesn't work.
Which Hub model do you have?

I am using an Apple device I have the third black hub you sent I will have to see if I can use my other half laptop thanks if this doesn't work I will ring sky and get them to split it

Sky wont be able to split it for you. You'll need to do it via a different browser than Safari on your Apple device or via a non Apple device
