I have lived in the same flat and with Sky for the entire duration. In the last 4-5 months the connection has been unstable and has required 1-2 router restarts Per day
I have already followed advice as given to other community members like all settings checked and the placement of the router away from other devices.
sky allowed for the main SkyQ device to be replaced 2 months ago and nothing improved. I requested a router change which was issued when I moved to my flat 9 years ago, but they said it wasn't necessary
Every time I do the service checker it always says everything is fine.
it has come to the point where for any watching of videos or the gaming we use the phones' 5G connection as it is vastly better than what I can get despite what they say is my Superfast Broadband.
I am attaching my router stats today, I haven't restart the router in a day but it is because I think most devices like phones and PCs are no longer on it.
please advise what I should try next.

To work at its best you need at least the sky q box er115 or the sky broadband hub sr203. To work best sky tv boxes require 2.4 and 5ghz wifi. Your router only has 2.4ghz wifi
