Speed is below what was offered.
I have a connection which is significantly slower than what was offered to me as my guarantee. I know that the PCP is dated and runs off PC100 strips and believe there to be earth contact or battery present on my service. Tests indicate a potential Bridge Tap which is not present in the premises as I am a telecoms engineer and have checked for any internal issues. I wish to chat with a human instead of a bot please.

@Tom19835 You're not talking to Sky Customers services via the forum, this is a customer helps customer forum, for the forum to help please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
