Trying to book home move.

I keep trying to book a home move. each time I try that, I recieve the message shown below ( Can't book home move at the moment). this has been going on for a week. 

I try to get in contact, but all what I get from contcact us page, is refaeral to online topics that end up with the same result.

@AA28823  Have you tried calling to the home move, rather than trying to do this online?

@AA28823  Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts. If they send you a text just stay on the line to speak to an advisor.
