I need to change account holders name
I have paid all bills for 10+ years but Sky say acc. holder must 'confirm' yet me and ex do not communicate.
Ive cancel my direct debit this morning as I keep getting the run around. I want to continue but feel as i was left with no other option.

If your ex is the account holder, but you've been paying, as you've stopped paying your ex will be chased for any money (but if she has moved out any correspondence will come to your address). Your ex needs to cancel the subscription and arrange the sending back of any loaned equipment then you can take out a subscription in your own name. Hope that makes sense.
