Hi all hoping you can help.
We currently reside in an annex with its own phone line and Internet with Vodafone however when I try and sign up to sky at the annex for TV and broadband we are unable to due to the main household already having sky broadband and TV. Is there a way to get round this? There are no options anywhere I can find to speak to a sky sales member without paying extortionate rates to call them as I can't sign up to be a part of sky without calling them first.
Thanks in advance all!

There's almost certainly no way around that without the annexe having its own separate and distinct entry on the Royal Mail PAF database (which then has serious implications for many other things, including Council Tax).

Thanks for the advice. I assume the property itself can only have one account linked unless as you suggest it is considered two properties. Strange that we can have two phone lines to the annexe and main property though.

A 'phone line' is a physical connection: it's always been possible to have more than one wire*. Broadband and satellite television are subscription services, and Sky simply chooses not to provision more than one of each at a single address.
*although ordering through different telcos/ISPs helps avoid 'computer says no' moments.
