Trouble Switching from NOW Broadband – Need Sky to Take Over My Line
Hi, I’m trying to switch from NOW Broadband to Sky, but I keep running into problems.
There’s already a live Openreach line at my address (currently used by NOW).
Sky’s system keeps saying “line in use.”
I don’t know my landline number as I’ve never used it.
I just want Sky to process the move under Ofcom’s One Touch Switch rules and take over the existing line. I don’t need a new line installed — just a straightforward takeover.
Could someone from Sky please help make sure this gets processed properly?
Thanks very much!

You can't do a one touch switch from now tv to sky as they are the same company
the only way to transfer the service is via a working line take over with a new telephone number
