Tried to connect broadband to tv but sky on demand can not find network.

We have tried for a week to connect our Sky broadband to our Sky box with all three suggested ways however the sky box can not find a network. Please help.  We have checked all the connections, the only thing that is not lit up is the button the the little WiFi box on top of the Sky box.

If other devices are connecting without any issues then try a reboot of your Sky Broafband hub and your Sky box.
