Just checking my broadband info via the sky broadband website, everything looks fine, speed of 60mbps, but it says there is an error with sky Q connection? When you click to fix the error it doesn't seem to know what the error is?? The Q box is connected fine, I've reset both box and network and reset router, still showing as an error....any ideas please, everything is working but the red error is doing my head in

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your Sky Q box is working without any issues and you can access items apart from live TV with no problems then I wouldn't worry about this message as it might clear itself over time.
