Tonies box 2 wifi

We recently changed WiFi to sky home hub 6 with a white max box, and my daughters tonies 2 box no longer will connect to the WiFi! WiFi but no internet is the error message.  Have tried turning the 5ghz off and leaving 2.4 on as advised but this did not work. Any ideas ? Hotspot works fine

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
