Time to move to another supplier

Sick to death of Sky's overpriced sub-standard broadband, which keeps dropping out. Can have reliable fibre installed for cheaper with another supplier. So while I'm cancelling the broadband, I may as well cancel the overpriced tv as well.

Goodbye forever Sky

It is your right to cancel the service if one is out of contract. If you are in contract then there would be early cancellation charges which are listed on the Sky site. Unfortunately, the likely cause of your issue is wifi range and wifi interference owing to the physics of radio waves through air and power that is allowed. by Ofcom of the wifi spectrum. The wifi signal is something that Sky wouldn't be able to fix usually without additional cost but they don't guarantee that part of the service only offers a refund for Sky Max service and there is a subscription for additional Wifi equipment.
