Three/four times same issue tv not working

How many times do we have to do this. Yet again tv in front room not working. Says can't connect. We have took plugs out rebooted and still not working. This is on going issue which we keep getting fobbed of about. Last time they said wait 5 days to see if it fixes. Then all the excuses under the sun was coming from call handler.

I thought this be place to get it fixed. Waste of time. My poor mum has alzimers and loves tv yet again it's gone down . Customer service rubbish if you can get through to them

I think you are misunderstanding how this site operates as it is a community where customers help each other and not a direct route to talk to Sky.

 

You say her TV doesn't work, is that Sky Glass or steam and is that because she has no nternet access ?
