Openreach say I can have fibre but Sky say no?

I can see on the openreach site that I can get full fibre, however I only seem to be able to order BT or vodafone. I have Sky broadband now. I phoned and was told they will fix something on their end then call me back, they never called back and I still can't upgrade. If I move to BT will my sky Q still work OK?

@Mavmaz Yes sky Q will still work but you require to set it up all differently and if you have a mini then you need to see BT for that, if BT make you go EE then not going to be a great move!

If sky are saying NO at present then they are just not ready to supply the Fibre from the get go, it takes them time to get all that they need in an Exchange to interface correctly!
