My partner has left our property and the sky account including broadband is in her name, she can't be contacted and I can't sign in or speak to anyone as I don't have any details, I need it removed so I can have a new account in my name, any advice?

If it's you you could cancel further payments but any attempt to contact the account holder is likely to be directed at your address. Perhaps try to get a message to her via family or mutual friends.
