I Can't access Router Admin page

I have a brand new sky hub and want to change the network name and password. No matter what browser I use and what combination of username and password I try... I cannot get into the Admin page on the router.

According to the video on the help forum, I should use Admin and the password off the back of the router. This has not worked. Can anyone help?

@Rustivia08  It is not Admin it is " admin " without the quotes. also if your router is standing and not flat then that does use your Wi-Fi password as also the password to get into the rotuer, but if it lays flat then the password is "sky".

Hiya. I have tried both versions and also passwords for other hubs .. ie sky and admin and password along with the password off the back of the router. None of the worked.
