Hi,
I desperately need to speak to a person re broadband technical issue. I can't find how I can possible do this - appear to be in a loop with some ai. All that's is doing is making we want to leave sky altogether!
I can only connect to some websites and not others. The only clue I have from the auto phone calls is there is an issue other my in home setup.
it's not a internet security issue as I have disconnected Norton.
please help
