Nest thermostat not working since router changed

Hi All. Since changing the router, my nest thermostat isn't working. It displays a home symbol with an arrow pointing down to it.

 

I've contacted Google who are no help as they won't do anything and referred me to check my wifi frequency.

 

I can't even do a factory reset on it.  

 

I can't find out my frequency, going round in circles with sky also. 

 

Please help!

What colour sky router do you have?

For black routers follow the steps below to seperate the wifi frequencies .  If the white sky max hub read the bit below by clicking on the link on how to temporarily disable the 5ghz band.
