i have been advised by SKY that i need to update my hub.I am trying to order it by logging on to my account as suggested but it doesnt work.Any advice greatly receieved

yes but it doesnt work keeps saying somethings gone wrong and been doing it for some time

If this doesn't work give Sky a call as hopefully they can order it for you.
