I've reached the minimum term of my sky broadband (18 months) and the price has increased from £36 to £56.
If I want to switch to another sky broadband deal, do I have to cancel it and take out another? Or can I contact sky to switch it over without cancelling?
@AlexHindle No you dont wish to cancel but you do have to reachout to sky and resign up for a further 24month deal, but be aware it is a onetime offer so be prepared to accept or refuse, no going to have a think about it!
