M j Quinn put OTP box in ridiculous place

OTP was put in the hall, despite me asking for it go in the lounge and I have several options. All had double plugs but he said it was not possible and had to put it in the hall.  Open reach came to connect fibre and asked my why I didn't have the OTP in the lounge. I told them that M J Quinn said I couldn't. They said, ridiculous it can go wherever you want it, m j quin just wanted to put it there because it's the least work for them. Open reach have told me to complain and they will get it moved. I have complained via email and phone but have not had anything back.

To clarify, open each have raised an internal complaint their end as I was misinformed and coerced into have the box put in a place where I don't want it. The hall is only the width of a door so every time you open the door you kick the router over. I have also raised a complaint with sky by phone and email but have received nothing back.

@Mel511970 That's MJ Quinn for you, tried to do the same with me so sacked off the Installer instantly but it did cause a 21 day delay, OR came and installed NO Issues whatsoever, you may have a problem getting sky to deal. double installation cost's now for moving the ONT, and OR did not move it as there job ticket would not cover it! Huge difference getting OR to do there own job rather than the third party installers!
