Swapping Sky Max Hub for another

I got a replacement hub delivered today. I swapped it with my previous (faulty) one, however even after two-plus hours the My Sky app is still showing the old one. And the Spy Pods are still blinking!!

@M+B You nedd to get Sky to sort this so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
