Hi I have just joined sky and pay for the 500mbit speed which is guaranteed to get 400mbit. When running a check I can't get above 300 and it averages around 250 Are you able to advise why this is and what can be done to improve to the guaranteed speed advertised
@Tomn94 Have a look on your account with the service checker, it will show you the speed to the Sky Router, that is what you expect, to the device is different scenario so you need to say what it is, how you are testing etc. Link below for you to check.
