Hi All
Recently my Internet was dropping out regularly. A line test via Sky reported a fault. Yesterday an OpenReach engineer came and replaced/removed a redundant component from the connection on my outside wall. His test showed there was 76mbps to the house. So far so good. however, my connection in the house seems restricted to 20mbps. I have tried a desktop, laptop and phone via WiFi and laptop connected via Ethernet cable, all are the same, 20mbps. both my upload and download speeds are coming in at 20mbps. Below are my Router statistics.
Any help would be most appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHas there been any improvement over the weekend? Often after a fault fix it can take around 48hours for the speed to come up
