New customer no router

HI, I've an activation date of the 18th, not long with the weekend included. However I've still not received my router. Is this normal? On the order/tracking page it states the activation date but no mention of a router. I'm a little worried i'm gonna be left without broadband. Any help please?!

Router delivery is usually a couple of days before activation

@Julian123456For piece of mind I would give Sky a call and ask them what is going on with your equipment delivery as there is nothing under track orders other than your activation date.
