Stream and buffering problem

2 weeks ago everything was fine no problem at all with stream or watching movies , 2 ago start problems with loading and low speed , I did checks , my speed test in sky app is look fine ( always said is fine even if is not but that is another story ) so what I'm suppose to do ? I still pay the bills but can use it as for what I pay to see movies and stream .

A post of the router stats would be useful, so the community has some information to go by, a post at the top of the forum explains how to post those router stats.
