Re: Split 2.4 and 5GHz wifi
If you have a white Max Hub then unfortunately that's not a feature.

Re: Split 2.4 and 5GHz wifi
@Milor9096 if youbhavecthexwhite Sky hub thectwo bands cannot be split as that breaks WiFi6. The work round is to turn off the 5GHz band using the hub's advanced setiings in the My Sky app then connect any devices that wont connectvto the dualband signal. Then turn the 5GHz band back on and the devicesxshould stay connected.

@Tommyg1986 Has your sky Max hub connected, onboarded for you yet and FW updated itself, you can do it all pre connection, once on the sky network then ssid back to single operation and no more changing!

Re: Split 2.4 and 5GHz wifi
@Tommyg1986 as and when it is connected to the app you will lose the ability to split the channels. .Of coursehaving made the split the hub can longer use WiFi 6 and falls baxk to WiFi5 speeds which may or may not matter to you. Also I suspect the hub wont receive formware updates if it isnt linked.
