Weather affecting tv reception via broadband and puck
My tv pixelates badly in bad weather but it does not come via a dish but fibre broadband and a sky puck. Do you think the problem is with the wire between the road and the router?

@Kathryn333 There is no way to say what the issue is, best you call sky and have them test your connection that way!

Re: Weather affecting tv reception via broadband and puck
@Kathryn333 if your broadband is delivered using an overhead copper phone cable speeds can vary during bad weather but unfortunately it is by no means certain that Openreach will do anything if you report the issue to Sky.
To stream video on a Sky Stream puck you need something around 25Mb/s to watch in UHD or 25Mb/s in HD. You can check the speed the puck is getting by running the network test in the Netflix apps Get Help, menu.
