Sonos ray not connecting
We had a power cut yesterday and our Sonos ray has disconnected. We've tried everything but it's asking for us to split the WiFi connection? Or disable band steering? No idea how to do this

Re: Sonos ray not connecting
@Lou7785 Did it all work before connected to the same hub, or has your hub been upgraded since the first connection....
What sky hub are you using, black SR203 can be split no problems, the white SR213 is a NO NO for that, but other option available to get the device attached! See the links below!
Sky Max change settings link.

Re: Sonos ray not connecting
@Lou7785 Would look at your sonos system work out if it is a 2.4Ghz or a 5Ghz player, then in the split bands you will also see the box in WiFi Access Point one for EACH BAND, that say's Enable WiFi Access Point,,, Uncheck the box apply the setting and it should disable the frequency band, attach the sonos now and when it sticks and works go back to the SR, re-enable the check apply and switch it all back on....
Double check the sonos is happy at this point and working!
