I've just been on to sky to apply for there social tariff which I'm told is not possible as I need to be moved onto "Sky Broadband Superfast 35" and it's not available at my exchange? I'm baffled as I'm currently on sky fibre surely there's a way around it.

@amanda13b Below are the only qualifying products

Sky Broadband Superfast 35 with an average download speed of 36Mb/s.
- Or if fibre isn’t available where you live, Sky Broadband Essential Plus with average download speeds of 11Mb/s.
