If the is still showing then as you did previously it will need reporting to Sky so that Openreach can be tasked again.

@Ianprice68 You can also take a look back on the service checker for your recorded history if it gets shown, if you happen to have a line fault they can be problematic to get sorted at times, i had one at it took seven OR/Sky combined visit's to get fixed, and if it was not for the last OR Engineer who stepped up and said ok this is just not funny anymore see the history you have had many many visit's but took him 4 hours and he found the bad cable joint, sorted it and never looked back after that!
Logical approach he took, lift and split until he got to the bad joint, continually testing and he could see many errors on the line until the BAD joint was found, errors gone when fixed!

Thanks for the reply, I will have to speak to them again as it has been problematic for well over a week now and has dropped from its normal 57mbs to 30mbs.

Thanks, sounds like you had a fantastic engineer, they hadn't been put to the property yet, recon the fix has been from the main box?

@Ianprice68 Copper is well falling behind now, and will take a Experienced and DEDICATED engineer to sort it all out, sure sounds and looks like you connection is bad, if you have the older sky SR203 Broadband Hub, look at the stat's may show you! Linked below if you need!
