Hello, for weeks now my wifi has been so slow. Our internet takes ages to load and sometimes wont load at all. Its making it very hard to work for home etc, to the point where I am using mobile data. Ive phoned sky but had no real help. When using the diagnostic feature on your app, it says that there is a problem with the wifi but cannot seem to tell us what that problem is. For the amount we are paying a month, this is rediculous. Please get back to me with a solution. Thank you.

Hi, it's showing that the issue is with the WiFi.
