Hello, my WiFi has been very slow for the last couple of weeks, it was reported that the issue has been resolved but it definitely has not. There is 100% a problem, I work from home 2 days a week and work about 10 feet away from the hub and have constant buffering slow email downloads along with spreadsheet issues, can this be resolved asap please?

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.
If the Wi-Fi has become slow see this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
It's worth adding that Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service and whilst Sky are fine with its customers working from home using it for this purpose they won't receive additional or quicker support.

Well it was, otherwise the OP or Sky staff wouldn't have marked it as the answer.

Re: Slow wifi
Hi my modem is in the next room, I am getting speeds as low as 40mbps and I am paying for a service of up to 500. I understand it's intermitent but when you are tying to join a zoom call and it keeps dropping it not calls a good enough service. I have turned off the power on several occasions and it hasn't made any difference whatso ever not to mention that when my partener was trying to watch the football the other day he was having the exact same issue with his sky tv. My modem is in the same spot and I have never once had and issue other providers like vodaphone or virgin so I don't want to hear that the modem being located in the same room is the issue !
