Slow speeds

Ive got the best fibre in my area usually get 60 - 70mb consistently,  these last few weeks ive had half that 

Openreach been outside on the pole and done work 3 times in the last few weeks they say its done , the app is now saying that the problem is sorted but my speeds are still low 

Anyone else had this trouble please im at my wits end with sky

@Tylermaiden30 Takes 24 hours once notified for the FTTC connection to return to the full speed again.
