@Jkw1

As your ONT shows a red light then have a read of this:
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/Can-t-connect-to-broadband-and-have-a-red-light-on-your-...

If nothing there helps then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Re: LAN showing red

If it's the LAN light on the ONT then there is a problem with the cable connecting the ONT to the router.  Make sure it's plugged in properly and undamaged.  If that doesn't help, try a different cable.  Any cat 5e/cat 6 cable will do.

Re: LAN showing red

It's actually the LOS light that's red

Re: LAN showing red

@Jkw1 Then the LOS Red is a call to sky, they will organise OR/CF which ever one your Fibre is with to see what is wrong, you can try the ONT power off then back on again about 1 minute later, and if LOS stay's Red you need to call sky, 8am to 8pm so tomorrow morning now!
