Slow internet with drop outs

Nothing has changed in my home and last few days internet is super slow with dropouts - today my tv has also disconnected too - will be leaving if this doesnt get fixed shortly- even iphone wont see network and connect and YES ive tried all router restarts etc ...  sky broadband tests all ok - but other speedcheckers show an issue - especially with upload ! Cant get router stats as cant connect !
