Slow connection, telephone support hung up
Slow broadband...
Making some progress on telephone call, but hung up after about 1/2 hour.
I've reset router now, but still painfully slow.
Should be 100+
fast hot lom says 12Mbps

@Steve+R+McMahon Sky lines are very busy and although the agents do try to help they are inder pressure to close calls but often the line will drop due to something as simple as being asked to reboot the hub. Developing your own basic skills to diagnose and sort issues saves you time and Sky costs.
Slow connection on a device is a very common issue but can have different causes one is an issue with the connection from the hub to the internet. Sky tests that daily tou can access these results in the Service Checker in the My Sky app or website. If these are lower than expected the app should offer further help. However by far the most common issue is slow wifi connection between the hub and your device. This can have different causes the first is other devices are using the connection when you test which is unavoidable. The second is poor wifi signal reaching your device. To test for this run the test on a device near the hub which should be faster.

Thank You, lucilky the after 8pm support managed to sllve the problem by disabling the shield. Speed went back upto 150 🙂
