No connection light on booster since swapped over to new gigafast cibtrsct

Our light on booster was on amber when we swapped to new contract gigafast. 2 weeks now on not connected, no light. We are getting slow speeds in 3 room at back of house. When I took new contract out I was advised I would need a new booster or new router with built in booster. Then I was advised that my current booster would still work. It clearly doesn't work. I need either the router with built in booster or a new booster urgently as we are unable to receive WiFi in 3 rooms.

A white upright booster for a black SR203/204 Sky Broadband Hub cannot work with a white Max Hub: this needs a Max 'pod'.

 

If you have the WiFi Max subscription supplement then you'll need to phone and claim one.
