Slow broadband

Broadband has been getting progressively slower so several weeks. Reported via the app 24 May. Technician booked and reported it fixed 29 May. Still running slow ~30mb/s. Needs to be properly fixed.

@Rorywquin what speed does it tell you when you run the service checker? This gives you the speed to the router

@Rorywquin You also need to say what speed you are on from sky, your e-mail would have the details ie like on 80mb/s but normally around 70Mb/s so we have an idea....

@Rorywquin Once a fix is applied then 24hrs later you see the speed go, you will also see it in the service checker for your broadband!

What has happened is that they swapped the connection in the distribution box and Openreach incorrectly put us on a slower package. I had a tech out on Friday and this is what he said. Now waiting for them to fix this issue.
