Slow broadband

Before I fling the hub through the window! Is anyone else having major issues with WiFi staying on and when it is on so slow!! Never had any probelms until the last few weeks!! Sky have been as much use as a chocolate fireguard, basically nothing we can do...you can leave if you want to!! Great thanks for nothing!!

That might suggest an external problem in copper cabling which Openreach isn't going to resolve.

 

If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

 

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
