Slow broadband

 im having alot of issues with my current internet speed its making it impossible to play video games post something online or even watch tv.

ive tried all of the steps sky gives on there sky help website and to no avail. Before i get onto the phone with sky and waste my time being placed on hold i hope some of you can help with some suggestions

Your outbound link is running incredibly slowly, and will undoubtedly be causing problems.  You'll need to convince Sky to book an Openreach investigation, but note that by default they will just tell you 'outbound speed isn't guaranteed', which may be technically correct but in this case is rendering inbound essentially useless.

so what i need to do now is convince sky to send someone round to fix the outbound speed
