Hi i have recently moved house and took the same package to my one property which sky said would work ? At first it didnt so a engineer came out from
open reach and sorted the telephone socket and it did work but the speeds where slow , i waited 7 days as sky inform u too but i am afaid after more than 30 days my speeds are well below the package i have and i need to sort this out !! My wifi to my mobile phone is awful and cant actually use it have to use my data !!
please can anyone advise regarding changing package or a boost
i dont want to pay extra as paying enough a month !! I only moved less than 2 miles down the road !!
