Internet is terrible, it goes off constantly all day, everyday

For anyone looking to get SKY internet. DONT. I've had our internet go off constantly everyday multiple times a day one after another for no reason.

 

I've rang the support line and gone through the issues with them multiple times over the last few months and each time, there has been no help.

 

The Last time I rang I was told there is an issue with the box outside our house so they will send an engineer out to fix it and that happened and it's still going off.

 

as we speak I have no internet as it has gone from on to off for the last half hour.

 

if anyone from SKY is reading this, don't bother trying to help me, I'm not paying the internet bill, I'm changing providers, absolute awful internet. Pathetic.

Not paying your bill will cause you all sorts of problems and will block your ability to cancel. If you're considering moving to an isp also using the Openreach infrastructure the problem could just move with you.
