Slow broadband…new router not fixed it

Had sky 100 fibre fitted at end of feb. Worked great for 3-4 weeks....100mb speeds. Since then it has been erratic....sky sent new hub,made no difference. Almost unusable at times....it's the speed to the hub that needs fixing. It's not a wifi issue. Just measured speed at 5mbs. Sky need to get openreach to look at the issue. ....offering to terminate my contract at no cost doesnt help. Fix the issue!

Solved the problem myself after a third router made no difference.....cancelled sky and getting virgin installed. Less money for a faster speed...£23.50 for 125mb.

thanks for listening sky....you just lost a customer.
